About The Position
Matick Auto Wash is opening a brand-new location in Southfield, and we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to help launch and manage our newest facility. This is an opportunity to join one of Michigan’s fastest-growing car wash companies from the ground up, working with the newest equipment and technology while helping build a team that customers love to visit. As Car Wash Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility while leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Car wash management experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, restaurant, or other high-volume service operations is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline team members
- Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and customer service
- Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience
- Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership growth and sales performance
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
- Oversee express wash and professional detailing operations
- Maintain the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
