About The Position
Blue Iguana Car Wash is seeking motivated leaders for its Car Wash Leadership Development Program. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will receive hands-on coaching to learn all aspects of operating a high-volume car wash. This role is an opportunity to build leadership skills, develop a team, drive sales, and prepare for a Site Manager position. Blue Iguana is a company that promotes from within and invests in its people.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum one year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
- Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
- Help recruit, train, and develop team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
- Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
- Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
- Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Work alongside your team in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Receive ongoing coaching from experienced Site Managers and company leadership
