About The Position

Sommer's Automotive is seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Car Wash/Lane Attendant to support its service team. This active, fast-paced role helps provide guests with a clean, professional experience and keeps the service department operating smoothly. No prior experience is necessary. A $500 hiring bonus is offered. The position is full-time and based at 7211 W. Mequon Road, Mequon, WI 53092. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Wednesday off; and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is up to $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Dependability and a team-oriented approach, with willingness to help where needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
• Ability to safely and repeatedly lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various positions.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles.
• Help transport vehicles within the Service Department.
• Assist with building maintenance and general department upkeep.
• Clean and fuel loaner vehicles.
• Keep vehicle areas, lots, and work spaces organized, tidy, and secure.
• Run miscellaneous errands as needed.
