About The Position
Mr Sparkle Car Wash is seeking outgoing and friendly team members to contribute to its fast-growing organization. The company offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement. The Car Wash Customer Service Attendant provides a safe, fast, and friendly experience for guests, creates a memorable first impression, explains services and Unlimited Car Wash Plans, processes payments, and maintains a safe and clean work area. Interior detailing is performed when requested.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing.
- Comfortable presenting membership opportunities to new guests.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Able to work on their feet for extended periods outside during all seasons.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, fast, and friendly experience to guests.
- Create a memorable first impression for all guests.
- Educate new guests about available services and the benefits of Unlimited Car Wash Plans.
- Process payment transactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area and respond to potential hazards.
- Perform interior detailing when requested.
