About The Position
WhiteWater Express is looking for a Car Wash Attendant for a part-time position. This role is described as an active, social job that serves as a starting point for leadership within the company, with opportunities for promotion from within, performance bonuses, and paid training. No prior experience is necessary. The job involves customer interaction, guiding vehicles, maintaining the site, and performing basic equipment checks, all in an outdoor, high-energy team environment. It is not a desk job and requires being on your feet and interacting with customers throughout the day.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available evenings and weekends
- Friendly, dependable, and motivated
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Keep the site clean and organized
- Perform basic equipment checks
