About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant delivers excellent customer service by engaging with customers, completing assigned operational tasks, and maintaining site cleanliness. The role includes learning all aspects of car wash operations and following standard procedures. Attendants help create a positive, hospitable, team-oriented workplace and support customers in choosing car wash options, memberships, and wash packages. They also guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintain facility cleanliness, complete opening and closing procedures, perform wash quality checks, and carry out basic equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations involving heavy machinery.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Enjoys collaborating to achieve results and support team success.
Ready to take on daily challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
Available to work early evenings and weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Keep the facility clean, organized, and guest ready, including the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
