About The Position
WhiteWater Express is looking for a Car Wash Attendant to join their team. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $13-$15/hour plus biweekly tips. Multiple shifts are available, and they are hiring immediately. This role is described as active, social, and a starting point for leadership within the company, with opportunities for promotion from within, performance bonuses, and paid training. No prior experience is necessary. The job involves working outdoors in a high-energy team environment and is not a desk job, requiring the attendant to be on their feet, moving, and interacting with customers.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available evenings and weekends
- Friendly, dependable, and motivated
- Team player with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Keep the site clean and organized
- Perform basic equipment checks
- Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment
