About The Position

Jim Pattison Toyota Duncan is looking for a motivated and dependable Car Wash Attendant to help keep our customers' vehicles looking their best. In this role, you'll support our busy Service Department by ensuring every vehicle returned to a customer is clean, well-presented, and handled with care. If you're someone who enjoys staying active, works well in a team environment, and pays close attention to detail, we'd like to hear from you. This position reports directly to the Service Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to begin or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Valid BC Driver's License with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles; experience with manual transmission is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent time management and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive, detailing, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• experience with manual transmission is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean customer vehicles, including exterior washing and basic interior cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle wash area.
• Move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for any visible concerns and report issues to the appropriate team members.
• Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and responsibly.
• Handle customer and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace.
• Assist with additional dealership duties as required.
