About The Position

We take pride in providing outstanding service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring every vehicle receives a high-quality wash. The Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in the daily operation of the facility by delivering excellent customer service, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting overall operational efficiency. Advanced team members may also assist with membership sales, account management, and kiosk support.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Explain wash packages, services, and membership options.
- Prepare and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the property.
- Clean vacuum stations, empty trash receptacles, and restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns to management.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting when appropriate.
- Complete all required training and certification programs within established timeframes.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and exceptional customer experience.
