Requirements
- Customer service or car wash experience is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Guide vehicles safely and smoothly onto the car wash conveyor system
- Provide clear information on car wash packages and promote additional services
- Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform routine maintenance checks and promptly report any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
