About The Position
Splash Car Wash is looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join their high-performing team in Centerton, AR. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, earn great pay, and build a long-term career in a growing company. No prior experience is necessary as all training is provided. The position involves delivering outstanding customer service, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, guiding vehicles, maintaining workflow, assisting customers, and cleaning various areas of the facility.
Requirements
- No experience required – backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30–50 lbs)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
- Splash may require references and background checks as part of the hiring process
- Splash participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Guide and prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
- Safely direct vehicles and maintain efficient workflow
- Assist customers with questions and services
- Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas
- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
