About The Position

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. You will stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash, field customer inquiries, and guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. This role requires reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code. The position involves approximately 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining), 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic/light troubleshooting of daily duties.

• Must be able to work in damp and humid conditions.
• Must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service and some sales experience preferred.
