About The Position
Splash Car Wash is looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented Car Wash Attendant in Cabot, AR. This role is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, earn great pay, and build a long-term career in a growing company. No experience is necessary as all training is provided. The attendant will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, safely directing vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Guide and prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
- Safely direct vehicles and maintain efficient workflow
- Assist customers with questions and services
- Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas
- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
