About The Position

Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our Service Department. In this role, you’ll help ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to a high standard before being returned to our customers. You’ll play an important part in supporting the Service team and helping create a positive customer experience through quality work and attention to detail. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry, with opportunities to develop and grow your career within the Jim Pattison Automotive Group.

Requirements

A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
Maneuver, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care
Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported
Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
Other duties as assigned
