About The Position
The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for assisting customers at kiosks, loading vehicles into the wash, and performing general cleaning duties. This role requires maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, as well as a clean appearance. Requirements
- Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional appearance.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with kiosk functions for choosing a wash.
- Electronically capture renewal information and submit for processing.
- Excuse customers without a valid Kelley Car Wash tag or proper payment from the kiosk.
- Speak with customers regarding general questions and information about the car washes and Kelley Automotive.
- Signal the inside attendants regarding any special features that need to be programmed for vehicles coming into the tunnel.
- Assist with loading vehicles and monitoring the tunnel for safety.
- Complete general cleaning and housekeeping tasks in and around the wash.
- Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor and attitude throughout shift.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Any tasks deemed necessary by the Manager and Crew Leader.
