About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, and help maintain equipment and the facility. The role is outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
