About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps maintain the facility and support its operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor, assist with equipment maintenance, and maintain the facility. The role is in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
