About The Position

The car wash attendant is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. Buckeye Express Car Wash is experiencing unprecedented growth and is looking for highly energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic, big-picture people to join their team. Multiple positions are available, including management and non-management roles.

Requirements

Ability to display courteous and professional attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends.
Ability to work standing over long periods of time.
Ability to lift items of moderate weight.
Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services.
Take and process wash payments.
Perform cleaning of the facility and ensure everything is kept organized.
Provide assistance to customers regarding the car wash process.
Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel.
Carry out visual inspection of vehicles before they enter the wash area.
Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to.
Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans are emptied, and hoses are properly hung.
Ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.
