About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist customers, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the car wash facility through various cleaning tasks. The attendant also performs opening/closing procedures and basic troubleshooting. This position requires a strong work ethic, professional attitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
Assisting customers at the pay stations.
Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
Performing cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
Performing opening and closing procedures.
Performing basic/light troubleshooting of daily duties.
Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code.
Recommending different wash memberships to customers.
