This is an onsite hiring event for multiple roles including Car Wash Attendant, Shift Leader, and General & Store Manager across several locations in the Battle Creek and Coldwater, MI areas.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
• Available evenings and weekends
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• No car wash experience? No problem. We provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and team members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help sell wash packages and memberships
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and wash quality
• Lead the team during your shift
• Coach and support team members
• Handle customer concerns
• Support daily operations, opening/closing, and safety
• Lead overall location operations and performance
• Recruit, train, and develop the team
• Drive sales, membership growth, and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, performance, and operational standards
