About The Position

Porsche Centre Richmond is seeking a Full-Time, Car Wash Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team of passionate automotive professionals to represent the Porsche brand. Porsche Centre Richmond is one of the newest Porsche Centres in Canada and is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of Porsche customers. They are looking to build a team of driven automotive professionals who are excited to work hard and grow with the dealership.

Requirements

Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
Attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
Able to multitask and manage stressful or unusual situation.
Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
Be able to and is comfortable with lifting heavy loads as required.
Possess a valid British Columbia Driver’s License, can drive both manual and automatic transmission, and are able to present a current copy of your driver’s abstract (ICBC driver’s record) for review.

Responsibilities

Washing and vacuuming vehicles after service.
Exceeding our customers’ expectation for service excellence.
Working effectively with Service Advisors to meet promise times.
Moving vehicles to and from the service drive.
Performing Lot Associate duties as well when required.
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
Other duties may be assigned at the direction of the Service Manager.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
