About The Position

The Car Wash Associate prepares, guides, and loads vehicles into the wash tunnel; services vehicles with bug spray; and helps ensure the location has clean towels and functioning equipment. The role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience, anticipating customer needs, building customer relationships, and maintaining safety. Associates also support location cleanliness through tasks such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership, and assist customers with requests while handling vehicles carefully. The position is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced setting and involves prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment. It offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and pursue advancement into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to various weather conditions.
• Able to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and perform manual tasks and operate equipment throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Help ensure the location is equipped with clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
• Complete location-cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
