The Car Wash Assistant Manager functions as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. This role is responsible for ordering and stocking vending supplies, providing training to new hires on opening/closing checklists and proper loading techniques, and training the team on Fast Pass sales techniques. The Assistant Manager must professionally respond to voicemails and emails, create effective schedules, and have complete knowledge of the Car Wash vacuum system operation, including cleaning it via pressure washing. They will also support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assist with on-site Supervisor Courses, supervise teammates completing PM tasks, assess training needs, and complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
