About The Position

Voss Village Cadillac is hiring a full-time or part-time Car Spotter to help the dealership run smoothly and keep its lot organized and presentable. The role involves safely moving and parking vehicles, arranging cars for display, supporting deliveries and lot organization, and coordinating vehicles with the sales and service departments. The Car Spotter may occasionally help with fueling, jump-starts, or battery checks. Working hours will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently around the lot.
• Line up vehicles neatly and display them attractively.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and lot organization.
• Keep the lot clean and free of debris.
• Support the sales and service departments with vehicle coordination.
• Occasionally assist with fueling, jump-starts, or battery checks.
