About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking ambitious and customer-oriented Car Sales Representatives to join their Sales Team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. While prior automotive industry experience is not strictly required, any customer-facing role is considered transferable. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist customers.

Requirements

2+ years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required).
In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric.
Ability to source and chase down leads.
MOPAR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
