Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license is required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid State Driver’s License and ability to pass insurability standards
• Ability to pass a background and drug test once a conditional offer of employment is received

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist in the sales process, including test drives and demonstrations
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
