Requirements

French and English written and spoken
Experience in 4-position welding SMAW and FCAW
Knowledge of rail cars and aptitude for industrial mechanics
Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces and in a noisy and dusty environment
Good physical condition since the work is demanding and outdoors at all times
Class 3 driver's license and have a good sense of direction
Can work in a team as well as alone
Manual, resourceful and easy to take initiative
Good judgment and stress management
Dedicated to working safely and professionally
Follow Procor's procedures as well as those of our customers
Follow safety and quality standards as well as responsible management
Pass a medical examination and drug and alcohol test
