About The Position
EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Car Rental Transporter to support airport rental operations for major car rental companies. The role involves safely driving rental vehicles throughout airport and rental lot locations and helping maintain efficient vehicle flow. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, $14.50 per hour, paid training, and work with leading rental car companies. Work is at Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport in Merrimac, Virginia. Available shifts include morning, evening, and night shifts, with 8-hour shifts available.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Clean driving record within the past 3 years.
- Weekend availability required.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or background in rideshare, delivery driving, warehouse work, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive rental vehicles safely throughout airport and rental lot locations.
- Move vehicles between customer return, car wash, maintenance, and ready-line areas.
- Park and organize vehicles for customer pickup.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient vehicle flow.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
