About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring Instant Return Agents at Kansas City International Airport. The role involves assisting rental-car customers during vehicle pickup and return, including reviewing rental contracts, verifying keys, showing customers their vehicles, inspecting returned vehicles, and reviewing bills for customer signatures. No automotive experience is required; training is provided. The position pays $18 per hour with weekly pay and offers work with leading rental car companies in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a driver’s license.
Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Must have open availability, including weekends.
Must demonstrate attention to detail.
Must have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Review customer rental contracts, verify that vehicle keys match the contract, and show customers their rental vehicles.
Inspect returned vehicles for damage, fuel level, and lost-and-found items; review the bill and obtain the customer’s signature.
Complete required claims paperwork, such as accident or incident reports, accurately and promptly when necessary.
Answer customer questions and provide directions when requested.
Secure all vehicle keys.
Assist customers with luggage into and out of vehicles when required.
Move vehicles when required.
Assist as a Gate Keeper to support safe rental returns when required.
