About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Car Rental Driver at Bradley International Airport. The primary responsibility is to move cars, which is described as super easy and perfect for veterans, college students, seniors, and retirees. It offers the opportunity to earn extra cash, meet new people, and work with the newest cars at top-rated rental car companies. The role involves driving and delivering vehicles locally or out of the area, ensuring safe and courteous delivery, and potentially riding with or following another driver for vehicle drop-offs or pick-ups. Miscellaneous job-related duties may also be assigned.
Requirements
- Valid US driver's License
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving Record in the past 3 years
- Able to work in inclement weather
- Ability to handle physical workload, getting in and out of vehicles safely
- Able to drive up to 8-hour shifts
- Able to walk, stand, and bend up to 8 hr shifts
- Able to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hr shift
- Able to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road
- Deliver vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner
- Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
