About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Car Rental Driver to move and deliver rental vehicles locally or outside the area as needed. Drivers follow road rules, deliver vehicles safely and courteously, and may ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles. Other miscellaneous job-related duties may be assigned. The position is based at Bradley International Airport and is listed in New Hartford, Connecticut. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with AM, PM, and weekend shifts. Pay is $16.94 per hour, paid weekly. A $300 sign-on bonus is available to employees who meet the stated eligibility conditions.

Requirements

• Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Be able to work in inclement weather.
• Be able to handle the physical workload, including getting in and out of vehicles safely.
• Be able to drive shifts of up to eight hours.
• Be able to walk, stand, and bend for shifts of up to eight hours.
• Be able to work outdoors for shifts of up to eight hours.
• Be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or outside the area as needed, following all rules of the road.
• Deliver vehicles to the appropriate destination safely and courteously.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
