About The Position

The Dealership Car Porter / Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner, as well as picking up and delivering service guest's vehicles. This role requires providing excellent guest services by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. The driver will maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out, and assist guests as needed. Adherence to all traffic laws and company safety policies is mandatory. Effective communication with the service team is crucial for coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs, and assisting with vehicle retrieval for guests. The role also includes operating an automated car wash for all service guest vehicles, performing very light building maintenance and cleaning, and offering flexible part-time scheduling for approximately 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Ability to operate a shuttle vehicle safely.
Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to perform light building maintenance and cleaning.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
Pick up and deliver service guest's vehicles.
Provide excellent guest services by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
Assist guests as needed.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs and assisting in pulling guests vehicles to front for pickup.
Use automated car wash for all service guests vehicles.
Perform very light building maintenance and cleaning.
