About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a self-motivated Car Detailer with good time management skills to join the Kendall Toyota of Anchorage team. The primary responsibility is to ensure rental vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for rent in a timely manner, managing excess demand. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and readiness of the rental fleet.

Requirements

• At least one year of detailing experience in a dealership setting, large shop, or detail shop
• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
• Good driving record
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Washing and vacuuming vehicles
• Cleaning vehicle glass
• Chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces
• Driving and moving vehicles
• Fueling vehicles at an off-site location
• Inspection of vehicles to ensure they are road-ready
• Occasionally jumpstarting or charging vehicles
• Performing janitorial tasks inside and outside the detail shop
• Delivering and picking up vehicles at the Airport and Kendall locations
