About The Position

Clutch is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Car Detailer for the Evening Shift to ensure vehicles meet high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required, with a shift schedule of Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. Clutch is Canada's largest online used car retailer, recognized for its growth and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Ability to commute to Mississauga.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, or automotive production.
• Familiarity with production workflows and vehicle preparation processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing.
• Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention.
• Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards.
• Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals.
• Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals.
