About The Position

Carvana is seeking an entry-level Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role coordinates with coworkers to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Team members inspect, wash, vacuum, and complete multi-point checks on inventory, and work with coworkers, vendors, and management. Regular and predictable attendance is required. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds independently, including carrying loads up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and pull.
• Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Requires frequent driving and some typing.
• Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including checking fuel level and safety features, conducting a drivability test, and ensuring company and state disclosures are properly displayed.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance requirements.
