About The Position

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Atlanta, GA (Poncey-Highland) store, you are our “Boots on the ground!†, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery†a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. At Insomnia Cookies, warm cookies are just the beginning. As a Cookie Crew Member, you're part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. Whether you're welcoming guests into the bakery, pulling a fresh tray of cookies from the oven, or packing the perfect delivery order, you'll help create the experience that keeps our fans coming back night after night. Our bakeries move fast, especially after the rest of the world has called it a night. Every shift is a team effort, and every warm cookie, friendly interaction, and perfectly packed order matters. Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
