The role leads category business planning, including assortment optimization, new product execution, pricing, promotions, and in-store merchandising, while collaborating closely with vehicle manufacturer field teams and local distributors. This position also builds and maintains strong customer relationships, partners with cross-functional internal teams to meet service goals, and delivers insights and reporting to management, including training and development support for dealership associates.
