About The Position
Southwest Dealer Services: Acrisure Protection Group | KARR Security is looking for highly motivated mobile technician individuals with experience in automotive alarms and GPS tracking units. This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The company offers dealer clients industry-leading F&I voluntary protection products, reinsurance/dealer participation programs, anti-theft programs, and dealer-centric P&C/worker comp offerings. They boast a national network of over 3,000 active dealers across all 50 states and focus on product innovation, compliance expertise, and results-driven training.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Fast learner & Willingness to Learn
- Attention to Details & Flexible
- Work well in a team along with being motivated to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Manual dexterity and comfortable with hand power tools
- 12-Volt experience
- Audio video installation experience
- Experience with automotive alarm systems and GPS tracking
- Criminal background check
- Motor Vehicle Report review
- Physical Abilities Evaluation
- Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hiring
Responsibilities
- Install Automotive alarms and GPS systems.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs.
- Provide customer service to our dealership clients and their customers.
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments.
