Responsibilities
- Assist management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees.
- Orients new personnel.
- Assists in investigating, analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints.
- Interprets, implements and enforces compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
- Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity.
- Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
