About Crimson Capstone Our revamped Capstone Program gives students the opportunity to transform their interests into purposeful, high-impact projects across six pathways: Education & Programs Software & Technology Engineering & Innovation Policy & Social Impact Arts & Media Ventures & Business Each pathway is structured around three progressive outcome levels, designed to reflect a student’s journey from exploration and foundational execution to increasingly sophisticated, independent, and impact-driven work. As students advance, they are challenged to deepen their expertise, take greater ownership of their projects, and demonstrate tangible outcomes within their chosen field. The Role As a Capstone Mentor, you’ll guide students through their personalized project journey, helping them transform their ideas into meaningful, well-executed initiatives. Your role is to help students take increasing ownership of their projects while ensuring they deliver work that demonstrates substantive growth, leadership, and meaningful impact - both within the project itself and as part of their broader college application journey.
