Southern Water is seeking a confident and organised Capital Projects Customer Assistant to support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic customer engagement activities across our investment programme. This role is central to building strong relationships with our communities, protecting and enhancing our reputation, and ensuring customers and stakeholders are kept informed through clear, honest and targeted communications. You will work closely with delivery partners, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure our projects are communicated effectively, complaints are reduced, and communities feel supported and engaged. This is a varied role with opportunities to grow, shadow projects, and eventually step up to lead initiatives of your own.
