The Planning and Capital Development Division (PCD) provides long range planning, technical design and construction oversight for SPR major maintenance and development projects. PCD is comprised of project managers, engineers, landscape architects, planners and administrative staff. The Capital Projects Coordinator (CPC) position is part of a team of project managers within PCD that diligently and vigorously guides project development and implementation. This position will report to the Capital Projects Coordinator Supervisor. The CPC/Project Manager takes the lead and strongly coordinates with all other PCD team members, other SPR divisions, other government entities, and community members and/or non-City partners. The CPC/project manager is responsible for, and takes pride in, delivering projects within scope, within budget and on schedule.
