We offer internships in a variety departments including Capital Markets, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, Asset Management nd more. Link is looking for a Capital Markets Summer Intern who will support financial and operating analysis that informs strategic business decisions. The intern will work with data from internal teams and third-party sources, build reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to key Capital Markets workstreams at Link.

Requirements

• A current junior (rising senior) at an accredited four-year institution.
• Genuinely curious about commercial real estate and capital markets, prior formal experience is not required.
• Comfortable with core real estate concepts such as financial, operational, and/or market analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and quick to pick up new tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A clear communicator with the judgment to prioritize when several requests land at once.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operating data that informs real strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, reports, and analytics used by the team.
• Synthesize, cleanse, and monitor data from internal teams and third-party market sources.
• Create presentations and materials for Link senior management and Blackstone stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate portfolio, financial, and operating performance against peers.
• Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects across Capital Markets workstreams.
• Use AI tools like Copilot and Claude on live workstreams: accelerating research, stress-testing your own analysis, and helping the team find better ways to work.
