About The Position

We are seeking a Capital Markets professional to support the structuring, execution, and ongoing management of financing transactions. The role will work across Capital Markets, Legal, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Servicing, and external investors to drive faster execution while maintaining strong structural and operational controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, or Asset-Backed Finance.
• Experience with warehouse facilities, whole-loan sales, forward-flow arrangements, securitizations, or similar financing structures.
• Strong understanding of transaction economics, covenants, funding mechanics, and deal documentation.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or specialty finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compare investor term sheets across pricing, triggers, covenants, representations & warranties, and other structural terms.
• Support structuring and negotiation of Purchase, Servicing, and other transaction agreements.
• Coordinate transaction closing, including conditions precedent, legal documentation, and funding readiness.
• Perform first-funding reconciliations to ensure asset data, settlement amounts, and wire transfers are accurate.
• Monitor facility performance across delinquency, WAC, losses, concentration limits, and covenant triggers.
• Build and maintain facility compliance dashboards and transaction trackers.
• Coordinate deal-level cash movements, reserve accounts, and funding flows with Treasury.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Servicing, Operations, and investors to resolve execution issues and manage post-closing obligations.
