About The Position

Supports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Under the guidance of a manager, this role will understand the business problem, identify complex issues and assist in the preparation and execution of a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives. This role will define and obtain data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Serves as a resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives. Supports other team members. Actively seeks out and engages in continuing education to support skill-building and development of overall knowledge.
