Requirements
- Currently a college/university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and writing market research by obtaining and analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
- Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
