About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets C# Developer with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied experience. The role requires fundamental knowledge of financial products traded in capital markets, including Equities, Futures, Options, Bonds, Swaps, and FX. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and experience with C#/.Net, developing multi-threaded applications, and building middle-tier services at scale. Experience integrating with third-party providers using REST, SOAP, FIX, and secure file transfer is essential. This position involves delivering system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability, with an advanced understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within areas such as cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile is expected, along with in-depth knowledge of the markets, trading industry, and their IT systems, including practical cloud-native experience.

Requirements

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
7+ years of applied experience.
Experience with and fundamental knowledge of financial products traded in capital markets (e.g., Equities, Futures, Options, Bonds, Swaps, FX).
Advanced knowledge and experience with C#/.Net.
Advanced knowledge and experience in developing multi-threaded applications.
Experience building middle-tier services at scale.
Experience developing software that integrates with third-party, external providers using REST, SOAP, FIX, and secure file transfer.
Hands-on practical experience in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of the markets and trading industry and their IT systems.
Practical cloud-native experience.
Advanced English language skills.
