About The Position

Seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with direct BPL experience and a strong understanding of DSCR and investor-purpose lending, institutional capital relationships, pricing, investor guidelines, loan execution and secondary-market strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related analytical field.
• 2-5+ years in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking.
• DSCR or residential transition lending experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals, collateral, credit, and risk pricing.
• Experience with secondary market loan sale execution and investor relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen DSCR loans and provide pricing decisions aligned with Company strategy and investor guidelines.
• Own end-to-end DSCR loan sale process with investors from commitment through delivery; negotiate and manage sale agreements.
• Sustain investor relationships and gather market feedback to inform pricing, guidelines, and product direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine DSCR pricing frameworks and program scalability.
• Monitor pipeline metrics, fallout, and risk indicators; report to leadership
