About The Position

Investor Analytics, Capital Markets Role Overview We are seeking a Capital Markets professional to support the structuring, execution, investor reporting, and ongoing management of financing transactions. This role combines deal analytics with capital markets operations and will work closely with Legal, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Servicing, and external investors. The ideal candidate has built cash flow models used in deal structuring and investor negotiations, understands funding mechanics, and takes ownership of the accuracy of investor deliverables.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Asset Backed Finance, or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, whole loan sales, forward flow arrangements, securitizations, or similar financing structures.
Experience building cash flow or forecasting models that informed deal structuring, pricing, or investor negotiations.
Experience preparing and reviewing investor reports, with a strong record of validating data and resolving discrepancies.
Strong understanding of transaction economics, covenants, funding mechanics, deal documentation, and capital markets operations.
Excellent Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or specialty finance preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain cash flow and forecasting models used to evaluate financing structures, support deal negotiations, and assess transaction economics.
Compare investor term sheets across pricing, triggers, covenants, representations and warranties, and other structural terms.
Support the structuring and negotiation of purchase, servicing, and other transaction agreements.
Produce monthly servicing reports, borrowing base reports, and investor loan allocation reports.
Validate report outputs, including automated reports, to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity before delivery to investors.
Coordinate transaction closings, including conditions precedent, legal documentation, and funding readiness.
Perform first funding reconciliations to verify asset data, settlement amounts, and wire transfers.
Monitor facility performance across delinquency, weighted average coupon, losses, concentration limits, and covenant triggers.
Build and maintain facility compliance dashboards and transaction trackers.
Coordinate deal level cash movements, reserve accounts, and funding flows with Treasury.
Communicate financial results and reporting issues clearly to investors and internal stakeholders.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Servicing, Operations, and investors to resolve execution issues and manage post closing obligations.
