About The Position

This role involves working with business users on billing, payment, and quality assurance within the Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Proxy Voting client areas. The analyst will be responsible for generating and communicating project QA test status reports, identifying and troubleshooting defects, and tracking progress in Jira. Additionally, the role includes conducting calibration sessions with the Delivery and QA teams, developing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions, and preparing daily/weekly reports. The analyst will also develop and conduct briefings for advisors regarding service quality improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience identifying defects and providing troubleshooting.
  • Experience tracking progress in Jira.
  • Experience working with business users on billing, payment, and quality assurance.
  • Experience conducting calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team.
  • Experience developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
  • Experience developing and conducting briefings for advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
  • Experience preparing Daily/Weekly reports.
  • Understanding of capital market and asset management industry.
  • Basic knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools and quality detection techniques.
  • Understands market data, its providers and significance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with database software.
  • Familiarity with ETL.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Familiarity with JIRA.
